The outside sales representative is responsible for selling new or additional services to existing and potential customers in an assigned service area. The outside sales representative is responsible for identifying and generating leads, proactively prospecting and selling commercial, industrial and recycling services to new customers. The outside sales representative is also responsible for building, maintaining and growing long-term relationships with existing clients and meeting targeted sales and retention goals.
Essential Job Functions
Skills & Knowledge
Minimum 3 years “Business to Business” sales
Associates degree in Business Administration or sales and Marketing is preferred

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position is full-time. Some flexibility in hours is permitted, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Occasional overnight travel may be required for training.
